I am Nate Hemje from a small town near Omaha, Nebraska. I'm 25 years old and currently not in the military. I enjoy socializing with friends, fishing, and exercising after work. Currently, I work for a public power company out of Omaha, Nebraska as a Gas Turbine Technician. I am in the process of completing an apprenticeship at my current job and have enrolled in the Bachelors of Organizational Management degree here at UAGC. I plan on completing my bachelors degree here at UAGC and using this degree for career advancement in the electrical industry. I believe with the right priorities and values, almost anyone can accomplish their goals. My long term goal is to graduate from UAGC with the Bachelors of Organizational Management in 2 years. I will prioritize time management and the quality of my work to complete this goal.

Denise Morrison. This quote by Denise Morrison is a quote I can relate with for a couple reasons. The degree I chose at UAGC is a management degree which includes leadership. A leader is someone who makes a difference and listens to everyone around them, no matter their differences. I believe in valuing
everyone's opinions and applying ethical principles when making decisions that may affect other people.
I enrolled at UAGC to obtain my bachelors degree in Organizational Management to hopefully one day take a job in a leadership position. Whether it is within my current company or elsewhere, I plan on achieving this goal so I can inspire others in the future. Reply
