I. Introduction The procedures for dealing with mass casualties during a disaster in Bobsville are presented in this Mass Casualty Incident (MCI) Specific Annex, associated alongside the coordinated response methodology. The incorporation of support beyond local capabilities, the respective responsibilities and responsibilities of significant departments and agencies, direction and control regulations, and logistical support for planned operations. II. The Duties of Departments and Agencies A. Emergency Operations Center (EOC) of Bobsville Activation: To supervise and arrange a complete reaction to the MCI, the EOC will be assigned to operation. Allocation of Resources and Coordination: Allocate resources to different agencies and organizations. Knowledge administration: Manage the transfer of data and information throughout authorities. B. The Fire Department of Bobsville (BFD) Incident Command: To oversee the on-scene reaction, set up an incident command structure.
Treatment and Triage: When necessary, set up and observe triage camps and provide emergency medical care. Points of Collection for Casualties: Establish casualty collection positions and coordinate with the conveyance patients to be transported to healthcare facilities. C. The Law Enforcement Department of Bobsville (BPD) Scenario Protection: Assistance with traffic management, crowd control, and scene security. Disappeared Persons: Supervise the tracking of the people who go missing and organize reunification initiatives. D. Health Care Facilities in Bobsville Activation of the Hospital: For the purpose of to accommodate extra patients, activate strategies to provide surge capacity. Resource Distribution: Transfer healthcare workers, instruments, and supplies as required. Morgue Operations: If required, build up and supervise a temporary morgue without adhering by legal and ethical standards. E. EMS, generally emergency medical services Ambulance Deployment: To transport patients to healthcare facilities, deploy additional ambulances as necessary.

Public Information Office (PIO) of Bobsville Public Effective Communication: Communicate information to the public regarding the circumstances and the efforts that have been taken in a timely, accurate, and consistent fashion. Family Information Center: establish and manage a Family Assistance Center which provides information and emotional assistance for the loved ones of the deceased. III. Incorporating Support A. Interaction with Surrounding Jurisdictions: Establish mutually beneficial agreements with neighboring jurisdictions for getting additional funding in the unlikely scenario that local resources are depleted. B. Statewide and Federal Assistance: For additional resources and assistance beyond the state and city waste levels, making contact with the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and the State Emergency Operations Center (SEOC). IV. Communication, Direction, and Control
A. Alert and Notification: Educate the public about the emergency situation and response measures through the Emergency Alert System (EAS) and other communication channels. B. Disaster Response Crews: Put recall preparations into motion to dispatch evacuation teams to the affected area and activate them. C. Request for Assist/Support: Whenever required, the Governor's Authorized Representative (GAR) shall make applications for support and assistance from additional governments and the federal government. V. Agreements on Mutual Aid (MAAs) A. MAA Operational Provisions: It is advised that all local jurisdictions establish and uphold Mutual Aid Agreements with the goal to exchange personnel and resources during MCIs. VI. Assist with Logistics A. Resource Deployment: Prepare for the individuals, equipment, and resources to be delivered to the affected area. B. Resource Tracking: To maintain an eye on the location and state of deployed assets, maintain a comprehensive resource tracking system.
C. Resource Sustainment: ensure that response operations are constantly replenished and maintained. VII. The summary The goal of this MCI Specific Annex is to give Bobsville's mass catastrophe administration an organized, coordinated framework for the interaction and recovery. This annex deserves to be familiar and adhered to by all agencies and organizations involved in emergency response.
