Added Fats Some added fats in Harper’s eating plan are the cheesy biscuit, the butter and the ice cream. For the cheesy biscuit could be a whole grain wheat bread. For the butter she could cut it out completely or have a smaller serving amount. For the ice cream she could do frozen yogurt. For Jordan’s eating plan he could make the burger and fries at home. He could choose a whole wheat bun and leaner meat. For the fries he could cut potatoes and air fry them or bake them for a healthier option. For Harper’s eating plan a food safety concern would be if the seafood is being properly cooked.
