Emotional Wellness: Coping effectively with life and creating satisfying relationships I gave my emotional wellness a 7 because, although I wouldn't say I'm at 100% greatness when it comes to my emotional wellness, it is something that is in due progress. One thing that is going great for me right now is realizing that it is okay to cry. As I get older, I also understand why people cry. Spiritual Wellness : Expanding our sense of purpose and meaning in life I am more aware of who I am and don't try to be someone I'm not, which is something that is working well. I allow myself to appreciate things for what they are rather than expecting a reaction to everything. I awarded this category an 8 because I believe I am getting close to knowing who I am. intellectual Wellness : Recognizing creative abilities and finding ways to expand knowledge and skills 9 As I enter my senior year, there are many various ways to learn things. My preferred method of learning is when a professor requires you to read something and then incorporates what you learned into your work (hands on work). Physical Wellness : Recognizing the need for physical activity, diet, sleep, and nutrition 10 I gave this category this rating since being in shape is a need for athletes to excel in their sport. Additionally, I am on a weight-gain quest where I want to put on weight in all the right areas. Environmental Wellness : Good health by occupying pleasant, stimulating environments that support well-being 6 I feel as I assigned this category this number because I am involved in the environment, but I am going with the flow of things. Financial Wellness : Satisfaction with current and future financial situations 5 Only because I'm unable to secure my future financial freedom do I say this. However, I'm in school to increase my chances of getting a better job after I graduate from college. Occupational Wellness : Personal satisfaction and enrichment derived from one’s work Right now, I would say 8 because I am at the point where I am doing to grunt of the work. Social Wellness : Developing a sense of connection, belonging, and a well-developed support system I'd give this one an 8 because I'm quite good at juggling my social, professional, and recreational obligations.
