Study Hypothesis : Quinapril, when given to hypertensive patients, is expected to significantly lower both systolic and diastolic blood pressure, according to the study's hypothesis . Independent Variable : The independent variable in this study is the administration of Quinapril to participants with hypertension . Dependent Variables : Systolic Blood Pressure (SBP): The primary dependent variable is the change in systolic blood pressure (SBP) from baseline to Week 12 . Diastolic Blood Pressure (DBP): Another dependent variable is the change in diastolic blood pressure (DBP) from baseline to Week 12 .
