Activity: Allocation of Resources Assignment
From the point of view of a biblical worldview, we will examine several issues related to
resource allocation, including the allocation of jobs, medical resources, and funds. I will use vital
biblical passages like Matthew 25:35-40 to support arguments. Additionally, we will review existing academic literature on resource allocation, exploring a variety of ethical frameworks and
economic theories. Doing so aims to provide a well-rounded analysis and insights into this complex issue. This paper will explore several issues related to resource allocation, including the
allocation of jobs, medical resources, and funds, from a biblical perspective. To support the arguments, we will refer to vital biblical passages such as Matthew 25:35-40 (Sullivan, 2024). In addition to reviewing existing academic literature on resource allocation, we will examine various ethical frameworks and economic theories (Smith, 2018; Johnson, 2020). As a result, I hope to provide an in-depth analysis of this complex issue and some insights into allocating medical resources in a more ethical and informed manner.

Activity: Allocation of Resources Assignment
One of the critical issues in resource allocation is the distribution of jobs during economic
hardship. When businesses face financial difficulties and lay off employees, the question arises of who should allocate the limited number of available jobs. Should the ones who still have jobs expect to carry the burden of those who have never worked, or should the focus be on preserving
jobs for those loyal to a company? It is also essential to consider the needs of those who have never worked. The Bible teaches us to prioritize caring for those in need, regardless of whether they have worked (Matthew 25:34-40). Therefore, resources need to be allocated in a way that focuses on preserving jobs for those who need them most, regardless of their work history.
Another issue related to resource allocation is the distribution of medical resources during
times of crisis. When a pandemic or other health emergency strikes, there is often a limited supply of medical resources, such as ventilators, masks, and medications. The question then becomes who should have access to these resources and who should expect to carry the burden of those who do not have access. From a biblical worldview, the answer should prioritize resource distribution to those who need it most. The Bible teaches us that we should prioritize caring for those who are sick and need medical assistance (Matthew 22:37-39). Therefore, resource allocation should focus on preserving the lives of those most in need of medical assistance, regardless of their ability to pay. Finally, the issue of resource allocation also arises in the context of social welfare programs. When governments face budget constraints, the question becomes how to allocate limited funds to social welfare programs. Should funds be channeled to the young and taken away from the elderly, or should they be distributed in a way that prioritizes the needs of all

individuals, regardless of their age? From a biblical worldview, the answer should focus on prioritizing the needs of all individuals, irrespective of their age. The Bible teaches us to prioritize caring for those in need, regardless of age or other factors (Matthew 25:34-40). Therefore, we should allocate funds to preserving funds for social welfare programs that prioritize the needs of all individuals, regardless of their age.
In Conclusion, the issue of resource allocation is complex and multifaceted and arises in various contexts, including healthcare, economics, and social welfare. From a biblical worldview perspective, resources are needed in a way that prioritizes preserving jobs for those who need them most, prioritizing the distribution of medical resources to those who need them most, and preserving funds for social welfare programs that will work for everyone regardless of age. While there may not be a clear-cut answer to these issues, prioritizing the needs of those in need is a fundamental biblical principle that should guide our decision-making process regarding resource allocation.
