1.Employee uses solvent to clean medium sized parts. The solvent being used is paint thinner and is very toxic to the
human body. 2.Employee places medium sized parts on a conveyor belt. The hazard would be lifting the parts makes sure all employees are using the proper lifting positions. 3.Spray the medium sized parts on the conveyor belt with powdered coating. The powdered coating is not toxic but can irritate your eyes wear goggles and a dust mask. 4. Put parts in slots for transport after the parts go through the oven. The hazards here are the heavy parts and also the parts are going to be hot from coming out of the oven. 5.
