My mom has tried weight watchers which worked for some time until she stopped. I have heard of veganism, vegetarianism, Aitkins, as well as many others like paleo and keto. 2. Pick two diets or programs that interest you and summarize them The first is intermittent fasting, it is a dieting pattern that leverages changes in metabolism in times of normal eating versus fasting. The second is the nordic diet, which incorporates a carb-to-protein ratio based on a combination of low- glycemic index and moderately high-protein foods, including dairy products. 3. What do you think is the best diet or program and why? Personally, I think the best diet is intermittent fasting is the best because it’s a pattern in which you eat for only a selected time period during the day, so it avoids late night eating, and it also helps to raise the metabolism because the body is using all of the nutrients from the previous eating period.
