Therefore, the agency could include giving the funding source a heads-up when the program is nearing the end of its cycle so they can plan accordingly. 2. The funding source could have helped avoid the situation by providing the agency with clear guidelines and expectations for the data they will need to evaluate the program. Thus, it could include providing the agency with a detailed evaluation form that includes demographic information and other data related to the program. Hence, it would ensure that the agency is aware of the type of data required and can take the necessary steps to collect it.
