Greetings,
Achieving better patient outcomes, better system performance and professional development
are all goals that all healthcare professionals should strive to achieve. Patient development is a priority when it comes to better health and the well-being of their health. Implementing strong leadership and better policies and procedures that ensure that patients are receiving the best care from all healthcare professionals is very important. "Understanding the fundamental purposes of a team guides other aspects of team development and management, including team composition, decision-making processes, and the types of interdependencies the team has with other entities in the organization." (Johnson, 2020. P. 264). Healthcare organizations have to have of the foundation of the team and how well that team is equipped to do their jobs and how procedures are implemented to ensure better patient outcomes. Professional development is committing to continuing education and professional development is likely to lead to some very important goals including the discovery and application of health care practices to prevent illness and disease, enhance well-being and increase the quality of life and years of the public.
