Abstract The following essay explores the quality of customer service at the Marriott Hotel and Resort brands. This essay will introduce the definition of quality customer service, followed by the key players involved. Furthermore, the Marriott's strategies for enhancing quality customer service and the results and competitive advantage will be discussed.
