Simulation Lab 3 Answer Sheet Arithmetic and Logic Unit
Name: Luis Gerardo Escobar
Date: 10/20/23
Task C-1: Build the NOT/NEG Circuit
Include a picture of your Logic Works NOT/NEG circuit here:
Error: Reference source not found lists the functionality of the NOT/NEG circuit based on the input control values. Perform the testing procedures outlined in the laboratory document on your circuit and record your results in Error: Reference source not found. Place a mark in the checkmark column of Error: Reference source not found next to values you used to verify your circuit. Explain your test plan here: ______________________________________________________________

Task C3: Build and Test the ALU Circuit
Include a picture of your Logic Works ALU circuit, shown in the laboratory document, here:
Record the function performed for different combinations of inputs in Table 3. Test your ALU circuit and record the results of your testing in Table 4. Do not worry about the Cout values. Cout and Cin are mostly used to cascade the 4-bits to an 8-bits ALU. Table 3

Do not forget to record a video (30 sec – 2 min) showing your ALU device is working properly. Use the same values of 5 on the As input and (10 or A) on the Bs input for the ALU demo functions.
Submit the video in addition to your template on Canvas.
