EE 201: Electric Circuits L AB 3A S IMPLE C IRCUITS : C ALCULATIONS AND M EASUREMENTS Group Member Names and Lab Section: Joseph Barnes, Benjamin Ponce- Martinez Lab Work Date: February 13, 2024 Submission Date: Graded By: Score: Note: Calculations for each part are attached as an appendix. Introduction: Write a couple of lines describing the lab in general terms. (Note: Remove all of the instances of italicized instructions in the template when writing up the report.) The purpose of this lab is to introduce the concepts of node-voltage method, mesh- current method, and superposition. We are supposed to use these concepts to analyze seven different circuits. We will analyze three circuits using the node-voltage method, two circuits using the mesh-current method, and two circuits using superposition theorem. We will also build these circuits using our lab kit and use the equipment in the lab to measure the voltage and current. The biggest challenge in this lab would be to build and measure the circuits since there are many measurements that we have to take.

Be sure to discuss any particular problems or if there were discrepancies in the measured results that you were not able to fix. We believe that this lab was a challenging lab. It was challenging since we were struggling with taking measurements. Eventually, we were able to figure out how to take measurements correctly and we believe all our values are correct. We learned a lot in this lab. We learned how to take circuit measurements correctly and increased our understanding of circuit analysis techniques. Appendix:
