INTRODUCTION
In Lab 8, our goal is to examine the average annual temperatures of 3 cities in America in order to determine whether global annual temperatures are rising. We hypothesize that each of the cities chosen will show a warming pattern defined as one-half degrees Celsius or more increase on a linear trend line over the past 30 years.
PROCEDURE
Using the National Oceanographic and Atmospheric Administration database that was available at the following website -https://www.ncdc.noaa.gov/cag/global/time-series; I have collected data from three United States Cities. I have decided to do 3 cities that have different geographic locations but all reside in the USA, those cities are; Amarillo TX, Ft. Wayne ID, and Fairbanks AK. The data given by NCDC was then put into an excel spreadsheet in order to make visual scatterplot graphs, and then changed the temperatures from Fahrenheit to Celsius. These Scatterplots are listed below
Fig. 1
Fig. 2
Fig3. DISCUSSION/CONCLUSION
What these results say about the temperature trends in the USA is that the annual average temperatures are surely rising… but what it doesn’t say is if this is all over the world or just a regional issue. This is not “proof” that global warming is indeed happening… it is merely just facts that average temperatures are rising.
FUTURE STUDIES:
I want to expand on the rise of GLOBAL annual average temps… not just in America. Especially
with places that experience extreme weather, maybe see the average annual amount of Hurricanes over the last 30 years and see if that correlates with rising temperatures?

Use the profile angle method to calculate the distance between collectors, d, to achieve zero shading at between 8:30 AM and 3:30 PM solar time on December 10. Then, use the Cartesian sun path chart for Windsor, Ontario, and determine when points A and C are shaded by points 1, 2 and 3. Each PV module (there are 32 shown) measures 1.8 m by 1 m. Use a tilt of 30°.

Q8 - You wish to end up with a 2um width metal line (measured at the top of the metal lead cross section). A) You are using an isotropic wet etch process on a 1um thick metal layer. What linewidth should the protective photoresist line be to get these results? Sketch the resulting structure before photoresist strip. B) now you are using a completely anisotropic etch, what is the requisite linewidth of the photoresist to achieve the same end goal? Sketch the resulting structure before the stripping of the photoresist.
