Suppose we have 15 graphics cards and 4 servers. The graphics cards are all identical, but the servers are not and are numbered 1, 2, 3, 4. How many different ways can we allocate graphics cards to servers?  Assume that a server can make use of any number of graphics cards, including 0.(Note: since servers are distinct but graphics cards are indistinguishable, moving a graphics card from server 1 to server 2 creates a new assignment, but swapping a graphics card in a given server with another identical graphics card doesn't.)

so we were asked to implement a 3-bit BCD number on DE0’s board segment display for quartus... using 7447 but 7447 has 4 inputs? (see attached screenshot for problem) also not sure what the items in the second screenshot should be doing? like i can put inputs and outputs..but i don't know what they are? and its not discussed other than they can supply power?

Consider an IT organisation. There are two units in the organisation- Application Development and Management Team and IT Operation Team. There exist two separate channels for the customers to communicate the organisation- one between the client and application development team for product creation and alteration and the other channel for the customer to communicate the IT operation team for operational issues.
