B File Storage and Common Services Customer priority is on a scale of 1–10, where 1 is the lowest priority and 10 is the highest priority. C Localized Applications Score is on a scale of 1–100, where the higher the number, the sooner the story should be addressed. User stories C2 and C3 were also identified as duplicates have been adjusted in the same manner as A1 and A4. These modifications are highlighted yellow. User story A5 has been added to the project backlog chart in order to address the next-gen cell tower request. This has been highlighted blue. User story B2 has been completed and now has a necessary file storage area in place. This story has been highlighted green.
3 C: Sprint Plan Goal: ± A3 – Project team will ensure consistency in internet speeds throughout all four buildings in the school district ± A4 – Make a final decision on school network requirements and sign contract with reasonable internet service provider Tasks: ± Diagnose/address problems and discrepancies in the internet speed inconsistencies across Ridgeland Academy buildings ± Conduct cost & value analysis on various internet service providers ± Implement policy that states IT consulting firm representatives can attend all meetings ± Understand & define end user needs for all wired connections and wireless access points ± Review & sign agreement with chosen internet service provider and begin installation of wireless access points throughout school district Forecast: ± The estimated timetable of completion for this sprint plan should be in the window of 2-3 weeks Resource Allocation: ± Network technicians to diagnose discrepancies in internet speeds ± Alice Miller and Director of IT required to collaborate with chosen IT consulting firm ± Additional team members will be necessary for the project, to include engineers and technicians to complete installation of wireless access points to resolve network latency issues across the campus D: Communication Plan Communication Item Owner Audience Timing Purpose Weekly Update Report Project Manager Network Upgrade Team Completed Every Monday (In-Person) Keep all members informed of project progress Weekly Management Meeting Director of IT School Leadership Every Friday (In-Person) Update leadership on project milestones &
