Three differences between cybersecurity ethics and cybersecurity laws are Cybersecurity ethics deals with what is right and what is wrong on the digital platform whereas Cybersecurity laws deals with what is legal and illegal on the online platform. Cybersecurity ethics deal with the individual’s behaviour and other deals with the legal behaviour of people living in a community Cybersecurity laws are made by the higher authorities as well as cybersecurity ethics are made by the organization living in a community. Organizational Cybersecurity policies must cover laws or ethics Indeed, yes laws or ethics must be covered by organisational cybersecurity policy because both plays a crucial role in maintain the cybersecurity policies. If law tell us that what we should do in the online platform legally on the other side ethics tells us that what is morally right thing to do while we are surfing on the internet. Integrating ethical standards and legal criteria into cybersecurity policies contributes to the development of an all-encompassing framework that not only ensures compliance but also encourages responsible and ethical behaviour in the organization's cybersecurity practises.
