1.
Stakeholder Communications Requirements: At a minimum the stakeholder must be able to provide feedback on the deliverable, communicate which reports they want, define what the time and budget requirements are, identify what the customer is needing while relaying this to the project manager, and notify the project manager if they require any revisions. It is important to perform a stakeholder analysis to gauge who the investors/stakeholders are, their
goals, what motivates them, and their attitude to know what to expect. The main goals of the stakeholders and project sponsors should be to get people to use the new website, holding successful events, and helping promote entrepreneurship around the world.
