Considering Bronfenbrenner's theory, if a kid's parents and educators are able to get
along and have a good relationship, it is most likely to have a positive impact on the child's key development, and if the educator and parents do not get along, it may have a negative impact on child's development. For example, those policies especially quality education, health care, and social services can significantly improve the well-being and developmental outcomes of children from different backgrounds. Most importantly, families and educators who share a relationship and interact with each other frequently can get a greater satisfaction. Furthermore, children thrive in the successful cooperation of the adults who care for them. Parents
