Part 1: Strategies

In the face of an overwhelming influx of new information, some learners may struggle and need help to keep up. However, providing them with tasks that contrast with one another can be a valuable tool to enhance their comprehension and retention. In addition, consolidating various functions into a single tool can significantly benefit learners, as it will streamline locating, tracking, and accessing information. Ultimately, this will allow learners to manage their time more effectively and achieve their goals more quickly.

Rhyming is a critical phonemic awareness technique that many English Language Learners (ELL) find challenging. However, incorporating a diverse range of rhyming words and phrases in teaching can significantly help ELL learners comprehend how to manipulate and navigate various sounds. Using rhyming activities can be an enjoyable and effective approach for ELL learners to thoroughly grasp the sounds they are studying.
Hence, it is recommended to include rhyming activities in language teaching to enhance the phonemic awareness skills of ELL learners.

An effective strategy involves incorporating various techniques or methodologies to aid learners in comprehending new terminology. This can be achieved by providing diverse examples to help them understand the concepts better, enabling them to participate confidently in all classes.

Creating small and large study groups can be a successful tactic to foster teamwork and enhance students' knowledge of their peers. Under this approach, instructors guide

students while they work collaboratively to gather information and comprehend the content. By monitoring each group's progress, teachers can guide students who require it, creating a secure and encouraging learning environment that allows students to ask questions and seek help. Acquiring proficiency in several decoding techniques can be a formidable challenge for specific learners. However, by engaging in various activities such as matching and memory games, individuals can augment their learning aptitude and effectively assimilate
new knowledge and materials. The utilization of diverse pedagogical methods can potentially foster an environment that is conducive to optimal learning outcomes.

Part 3: Rationale
Acquiring study skills is vital for academic success, and learning and reading comprehension techniques are particularly crucial in achieving that success. These techniques enable learners to excel academically and attain success beyond the confines of the classroom. However, many learners require guidance in phonemic areas, and comprehending new information, details, and main ideas can take time and effort. From my experience, ELL learners struggle most with this concept, making it imperative to implement effective teaching strategies to ensure their success. One effective method includes rhyming words and phrases to enhance their understanding.
Learners can consistently learn and improve their skills and bring their experiences to the next grade level, where they require the most support. As each level of learning gets more complex, so does the need for literacy, comprehension, and fluency. Therefore, I can instruct and
help learners apply various approaches to their work to ensure their school success.
Reading Comprehension: Strategies and Activities
Providing ELA instruction enables learners to comprehend independently, gain mastery, and appreciate literature. Collaborating with each learner helps them better understand stories, particularly when they need it the most. The different reading activities and ventures that come with ELA instruction enable learners to master and succeed throughout their schooling. Active participation in various literacy ventures or activities with parents enables learners to understand the reading procedure methods better, learn new vocabulary terms, and improve their visual text comprehension. Furthermore, advanced learners in reading comprehension can acquire many more vocabulary terms by grasping them at a younger age.
