The Background
You are the Manager (BUS, BA, PM) of Oak International. As the Manager
of your division, you oversee a team of highly skilled employees, and you oversee all work based on a client’s needs.
Your job is to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
The Client and the Project:

The end goal was for you and your team to provide recommendations and plans that would help Alpha’s decision-
making process and align capital and resource allocation within the client’s budget. Once approved, your team would manage the project.
The project started off well and your team was eager to get the job done.

This was turning out to be a nightmare for Oak International.
With the team already working overtime to incorporate earlier changes, you concluded that it would be impossible to incorporate the latest requirements without compromising the budget and deadline set by Alpha. The Situation
