Another way Ms. Owens is building relationships with her students is by providing regular positive feedback that ensures that each student receives positive feedback at least once a day, whether it's acknowledging their accomplishments or praising their behavior. Seeking out opportunities to recognize and affirm her students' efforts, she demonstrates her genuine interest in their growth and development. The last

Seating students in table groups and emphasizing group procedures, Mr. Chandra promotes collaboration and communication
skills essential for working effectively in teams. Through discussions about students' interests and goals for group activities, he gains insights into their individual preferences and capabilities. Observing students' interactions within groups allows him to further understand their personalities and strengths, facilitating the development of meaningful connections. Lastly, Mr. Chandra is building relationships with his students by having community projects. Mr. Chandra engages students in community-oriented projects that encourage collaboration, teamwork, and giving back to their school community. Evaluating which teacher is building relationships more effectively depends on various factors, including the needs and preferences of the students, the context of the classroom environment, and the desired outcomes of relationship-building efforts. Ms. Owens focuses on creating a warm and nurturing atmosphere through affectionate interactions, regular positive feedback, and proactive communication with parents. Her emphasis on personal connections and individualized support fosters a sense of belonging and validation among her students. My teaching style relates to both teachers Ms. Owens and Mr. Chandra. I am a nurturing
person but I am also big on a sense of self and community. The three ideas of how I would build a relationship with my students is providing recognition. By taking the time to
get to know each student individually, including their interests, strengths, and areas for growth. Recognition to celebrate their achievements and efforts regularly. through verbal
praise, small gestures like high-fives and smiling. Recognizing students' unique contributions and accomplishments helps foster a sense of belonging and validation.
Another idea is to create a collaborative classroom culture. Establish a classroom community where students feel valued, respected, and empowered. Encourage active participation in decision-making processes, such as giving each child a classroom job that they can accomplish on their own and some activities that promote teamwork, communication skills, and peer support. Last idea is to communicate effectively with the child and the families by building trust and partnership. Being honest in communication will effectively promote a positive relationship.
