The thing that strikes me most about Amy Cuddy's TED Talk is how She
emphasizes that body language can be used to not only project confidence and success, but also to shape and form our own feelings and self-confidence. This resonates with me and has helped me to understand the importance of body language in communication.
From the course text, I was impressed by the idea that nonverbal communication has a much greater impact than verbal communication. It was interesting to learn that nonverbal cues can have a greater impact on how we are perceived by others.
From Amy Cuddy's talk and my reading of the course text, I will take away the importance of being aware of my body language and how my
body language can shape my self-confidence and how others perceive me.
