A graduate learning community is more focused on a professional development, and extremely thorough school work. An undergraduate learning community is more generalized, as for a graduate learning community is more focused on working around the specific field of study. In an undergraduate study, an individual will be learning to develop the skills necessary to be able to communicate and collaborate. As for graduate learning communities, an individual is now able to communicate and collaborate without guidance. Odom, S. F., Burbank, M., & Reed, D. W. (2016).
