1. What part of the material covered thus far presents the biggest challenge for me? Giving a strong opinion was the most challenging task for me since I was often at a loss for words or thoughts about what I might say about the work provided to me because some of it was identical but differently (in their way). To give a "sincere attempt to assist the recipient in improving his performance, behaviour, understanding, relationships, or interpersonal skills". I am restricted to some advanced grammar and vocabulary to meet the needs of my peers, which is why I am limited to some advanced grammar and vocabulary (Section 4. Providing Corrective Feedback., n.d., para. 1). I recognise that feedback is critical to our ability to grow and improve. 2. What are my two vital points in providing feedback, and what are the two points I need to work on and why? When delivering feedback, my two most important considerations are keeping it short and basic and keeping it simple after reading "Section 4. Providing Corrective Feedback" (n.d.), I can see why it is critical to provide feedback that is not excessively long but is sufficient to effect positive change. And change is not always a terrible thing. From a certain point of view, it is beneficial to both parties. To accomplish this, I would like to concentrate on two things: preparing some phrases that are good for constructing positive comments and writing sentences that are not too biased but somewhat supportive. 3. What are my two vital points in receiving feedback, and what are the two points I need to work on and why? The corrective criticism must be presented in a way and by someone who will ensure that it is received and addressed rather than merely provoking defensiveness, denial, or rage. I get what you're saying. Provide Corrective Feedback (Section 4. Providing Corrective Feedback, n.d., paragraph 3) To summarise, first and foremost, I aim to focus on myself as a person who experiences emotions because there were occasions. When I interpreted my input as criticism rather than a notion of a need for change, as previously said, I need to get more active in acceptance, which is a critical aspect of change. And transform my negative perceptions of criticism into the opportunity for improvement. References: Rabinowitz, P. (n.d.). Section 4. Providing corrective feedback.
