they need to gather more information on the consumer preferences as well as the effectiveness of using AI for tablets and computers for study purposes. The external information needs of this organization are the organization need to gather more information on the market trend and previous similar projects. By doing so, it would allow the organization to learn from others and improve their competitiveness level among other competitors in the field. It is Develop communication protocols
