Task 3: Part 1
Client Communication Strategy for client engagement program
Introduction
Bounce Fitness will work with businesses in Brisbane, Sydney, and Melbourne's city centers,
assisting them in being more productive while decreasing their total expenses through creative
wellness programs and methods. The foundation of Bounce Fitness is two basic facts: Employees
who are healthy are more productive than those who are chronically unwell. It is less expensive
to avoid accidents or illnesses than it is to treat them once they occur. Traditional corporate
health-care efforts are mostly reactive. Corporations do not pay for critical therapies until after
their employees have been ill or wounded. The Bounce Fitness method is considerably more
proactive, emphasizing preventive and excellent health promotion.
Bounce Goals and Purpose:
The purpose of the Bounce Fitness marketing plan is to serve as a guide for the organization and to provide clear and objective information about its products and services, including when dealing with third-party service providers. This allows prospective customers to make informed decisions about these products and services. Bounce Fitness assumes responsibility for all marketing materials disseminated on its behalf.

Communication alternatives for diverse audiences
Bounce Fitness offers health concepts and programs to companies in the city's major business
district. A wellness plan is a long-term endeavor that combines both health-promotion and
exercise-related activities in order to help employees make beneficial lifestyle changes. Bounce
Fitness will collaborate with a company's top management to design a wellness program's
mission statement. Employees of the client organization will complete a health-risk assessment,
after which they will be offered the option to meet with a health specialist to create a
personalized health plan. Finally, Bounce Fitness will offer senior management with staff
progress reports in order to implement the incentive program and track general improvements
in employee behavior.

Client communication strategy
Bounce Fitness will start by focusing on small to medium-sized enterprises in Brisbane,
Sydney, and Melbourne's central business districts. The first step is to persuade top
executives of the importance and advantages of wellness initiatives. This will be achieved by
pursuing interactions and connections with business professionals who might benefit from
using this service aggressively. Bounce Fitness will utilize similar techniques to promote its
services to larger organizations in the CBDs of Brisbane, Sydney, and Melbourne after a solid
image has been built, and then look into further areas of expansion.
Bounce Goals and Purpose:
The purpose of the Bounce Fitness marketing plan is to serve as a guide for the organization and
to provide clear and objective information about its products and services, including when
dealing with third-party service providers. This allows prospective customers to make informed
decisions about these products and services. Bounce Fitness assumes responsibility for all
marketing materials disseminated on its behalf.

Organisational requirements
a.
Methods for implementing the client communication strategy
Bounce Fitness wants to convey the idea that they can have a significant impact on the bottom line. This message will be delivered in a variety of ways. The production and distribution of printed documents will be the initial way. The printed brochures will outline all of Bounce Fitness' services and provide prospective consumers with information about the company's prior successes.
Presentations to HR departments will also be used by Bounce Fitness. These presentations will allow Bounce Fitness to directly address any problems or 'pains' that businesses may have, as well as demonstrate how a wellness program or plan may help them meet their goals.
Bounce Fitness will also use adverts in major business journals for sale in Brisbane, Sydney, and Melbourne to raise awareness and interest in Bounce Fitness' services among businesses in those locations. Finally, Bounce Fitness will spread information on its website.
b.
Organisational requirements
As part of identifying all project stakeholders, the project manager will communicate
with each stakeholder to determine their preferred frequency and method of
communication. The project manager will maintain this information in the project
Stakeholder Register. Standard project communications will be conducted in
accordance with the Communication Matrix; however, depending on the
communication requirements of the identified stakeholders, individual
communication is acceptable and within the limitations outlined for this project.
Stakeholder communication needs must also specify the project's communication
channels and ensure that stakeholders have access to these channels, in addition to
identifying communication preferences. All stakeholders, internal and external, must
have the requisite access to receive project communications if project information is
provided via secure means or through internal business resources.

Summary of client communication strategy
This Communication Management Plan establishes the communication framework for this
project. It will guide communications throughout the life of the project and will be
updated as communication needs change. This plan identifies and defines the roles of
the people involved in this project. It also includes a communications matrix that sets
out the communications requirements for this project. A detailed guide for conducting
meetings details both the communication standards and how the meetings will be
conducted, ensuring the success of the meetings. A project team directory is included
to provide contact information for all stakeholders directly involved in the project.
Updates or revisions may be necessary as the project proceeds or changes are accepted, as with
most project plans. Adjustments in people, scope, funding, or other factors may necessitate
updates or changes. Additionally, as the project progresses and new requirements emerge,
modifications may be required. All suggested and accepted updates to the communications
management plan must be managed by the project manager. The project manager will update
the plan and accompanying paperwork once the modification has been authorized, and will
notify the project team and all stakeholders. This technique is in line with the project's Change
Management Plan, and it guarantees that all project stakeholders are kept up to date on any
communications management changes.
Communication expectations
Managers have positions of control, making them responsible for the ethical behavior of
people they supervise. They fulfill this duty by ensuring that all workers are aware of
the company's ethical code and given the chance to clarify their knowledge. The most
significant item in the business is a manager's behavior since it displays their business
ethics in their leadership of the workplace. Managers are responsible for fostering
workplace ethics through conveying ethical standards, providing ethics training to
employees, clearly rewarding ethical acts and punishing unethical ones, and providing
protective measures, as well as being a role model and visible.
This bounce fitness assignment describes the company as a tiny single-branch organization
with significant potential to develop across Australia, New Zealand, and Asia. India and
China have large fitness-oriented markets in major cities, but before contemplating
overseas markets, Bounce Fitness must first build a successful market development plan
that allows the company to extend its operations by opening 12 to 16 locations in
Australia. Bounce fitness can then consider expanding its operations to its immediate
neighbour New Zealand, which will deliver international market expectations, based on
which this bounce fitness assignment has proposed appropriate marketing strategies to
ensure the company meets international market guidelines. Our management
specialists from major colleges prepare Bounce Fitness assignments, allowing us to give
you with a trusted assignment help online service.

Communication challenges
a.
Conflicts with clients or team members.
Through the experiences we will be able to show our audience how we have
overcome the different challenges we have had or faced and how we have overcome
them and how this has led us to grow in all areas, since every success story entails
immense sacrifices.
b.
Risks and/or safety hazards to prevent injuries.
We had no choice but to follow the project sponsor's request to use the Microsoft team for the event. This was previously in the risk mitigation strategy's backup plan. According to the change management strategy, this was closely monitored and controlled.
c.
Unethical or inappropriate communication (from staff or clients).
The study of proper company rules and procedures covering potentially contentious
matters such as corporate governance, insider trading, bribery, discrimination,
corporate social responsibility, and fiduciary obligations is referred to as business
ethics. Standards are established in the business sector to determine what
constitutes acceptable and bad behavior and decision-making. As a result, good
business ethics contribute to a more productive workplace. Customers, stockholders,
and clients in the business are just a few of the individuals you must answer to. It is a
collection of moral norms that regulate how organizations function, make
commercial choices, and treat people. To put it another way, business ethics is also
known as corporate ethics.

a.
The social media post is persuasive.
Thought leaders and subject experts have more authority and are more persuasive
on social media. Whether it's a sporting, political, or environmental event, social
media users go to the right authority for news, commentary, and instructions on
how to proceed.
b.
The social media post has a clear Bounce Fitness message. The post fills in the audience's perspectives making the message clear and reaching in a timely manner to the people we want to focus the strategies.
c.
The social media post achieves the intended outcomes.
Because social media is such a new technology, little study has been done to determine the long-term effects, good or ill, of its use. Multiple studies, however, have linked extensive social media use to an increased risk of melancholy, anxiety, loneliness, self-
harm, and even suicide ideation.
How could the social media message be improved?
Instead of connecting at an in-person event, we can reach hundreds, even thousands
of potential customers online. It is essential to develop strategies such as Zoom
presentations or joining Microsoft teams in order to get the right feedback for
successful social media posts to reach a wider audience.
