2 To Employees: The company has created a new policy for employees to work from home because we would like to provide flexibility and help with work-life balance. This policy will go into effect starting on March 1, 2024. As of right now there is currently no end date but will be determined at a later date. Before this process begins all employees will need to sit through a training class which be announced at a later time. Training is mandatory for all employees so each individual can be prepared on what to expect while working from home. The training class will include the expectations and responsibilities of employee. Below are the main topics that will be discussed. o 40 hours a work week Monday – Friday is required. o Overtime is optional. o All benefits such as medical, paid time off, vacations, etc. will remain the same. o Must be on time daily. o Must work efficiently and in a timely manner with the daily task that gets assigned. o Team meetings with management are required twice a week. o Be in a place where there is no distraction to complete assigned task. o Take scheduled breaks and lunch. o Stay available and in communication with management. If employees are not keeping up with their responsibility, consequences will occur. First, the action will be a verbal warning. The second action and third action employee will get written up.
