Business Communications:4.5.2 Assignment Allysen Hewette Charleston Southern University Dr. Jimmie Flores November 12, 2023
Assignment 4.5.2 Part 1 Dear all my fellow supporters and followers, As most of you know I am writing a book about the advantages and disadvantages of using online collaboration systems for virtual team projects. I would like to include real-life examples from individuals in a variety of different industries. I am needing you all, my fellow followers and supporters, to please help me by emailing me stories of a time that a specific system or approach worked for you. Also, if you choose to participate in helping me write my book, I would like to use the real names of yourself, the companies you provide, and software, but I will also keep the anecdotes anonymous if you so choose. Therefore, if I choose your story to use and you agree to me using real names, you will have to sign a release form. As a thank you for your support and contribution to helping me with my book, you will receive an autographed copy of the book that includes your real-life stories. Thank you all for your love and support, I cannot wait to read the stories that you all send me.

If we do this and we get exposed, there is a possibility that it could ruin the company’s reputation. If we are wanting to have good customer reviews then we need to bring our product to customers and get the ones who enjoy the product to write a good review. By doing this, we get the reviews of our product that we are wanting and we don’t chance ruining the company’s reputation. Thank you all. Part 3 Dear Jack Simmons, Thank you for contacting our customer support staff about the incident that occurred with your iPhone. We are very sorry to hear that it was destroyed however, we will not be able to honor your request and replace your phone. a 900-pound boar crushed it in a single bite. Therefore, your request for a new iPhone does not meet the criteria. Again, we are so sorry and wish you the best. Sincerely, Allysen’s Cases
