Channels o   How will we reach our targeted customers? With technology and social media promoted everywhere it makes the most sense to use this to our advantage. We have chosen to use various social media platforms to reach our targeted customer segment broken down by age groups. According to the statistics provided by statista.com and globalmediainsight.com the best platforms to reach our targeted customer segment aged 20 to 50 years old are Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube. Instagram has over 2 billion users and TikTok has 834.3 million users. Based on the statistics in the graphs shown below, this is the best option to reach out to our younger potential customers aged from 18 to 24 years old. To help reach this group we would look to partner with selective social media influencers that share our values. Influencer Sommer Ray has 26.3 million followers and promotes fitness, health and wellness. I think she would be a good fit with our clean energy drink. Influencer MrBeast has 22.7 million followers. MrBeast helps raise money for environmental causes. He too would be a great fit to partner with to help us reach future customers. Table 1 – Distribution of Instagram users and Table 2 – Distribution of TikTok users Facebook, with its 2.963 billion users, is the best way to reach out to our millennial and gen Z groups of our customer segment age ranging from 25 to 34 years old. YouTube would be our Jack-of-all-trades. This platform is used by a vast
variety of demographics. YouTube has 2.1 billion users with the age range being evenly spread across our entire selected customer segment. This platform would be our main platform to reach the biggest variety of customers at one time. There is a strong potential to also use YouTube influencers to partner with to reach more people. Table 3 – Share of Facebook users and Table 4 – YouTube Age Demographics o   Future business partners After establishing a name for us through social media and partnering with select social media influencers our goal is to reach out to various manufacturing companies and fitness centers that run multiple shifts and offer them promotions and deals to get our product out to the working crowd and crowd that needs that extra natural boost of energy.
