This is a report that will explain what social and technological factors did to influence the change requirement. I will use the pestle guide to review what factors they were. We will do what we can to help the employees at the U.S. branch of the Singaporean. Social factors are important to change. Social factors included demographic, cultural diversity, technology, and education. Having good social skills in the workplace can make a better workplace area. All these factors work together and help change what needs to be changed in the company. I think the education and technology factors will play the biggest role in my changes for the company. As building a better plan and having lack of resources education and technology will be able to work together and change this for the better. This will put the company in the right direction and help them succeed now. Needed the extra training and resources will help so much and just having the better tools to develop a better plan will change the U.S. branch and set them up to see what they were missing. The company has a great culture diversity and has a large diversity of workers. Using your team to bring together people of different ages and different backgrounds could help you grow your company. Use their options and their outputs to see if they have good ideas to help you with the change. I think a flowchart will be a great visual to show what order to do the task in and who needs to be doing it. Technological factors can influence any change in a good direction. As technology is advancements towards new software, hardware, and programs that can help the company. These factors will help so much while creating a better plan and getting better resources. This will help with developing the plans, the best computers, and the best programs to create a list and to communicate it out. Technology will change the readiness of the workplace by providing needed changes that were needed for this company. Having top-of-the-line technology will make

everything better. A bar graph would be good to visualize the changes in technology. To show you where everyone stands on knowledge of technology.
