Aneshea DeSuza Instructor Dejannie Martin Introduction to Case Management 24th November 2023 CASE MANAGEMENT SELF REFLECT As a student in the Introduction to Case Management course, one significant insight I've gained about myself is the recognition of my organizational skills. I've come to realize the importance of meticulous planning and coordination when dealing with diverse cases and clients. The course material has emphasized the need for structured approaches to case management, and this has prompted me to reflect on how I can enhance my organizational abilities to better serve the individuals I may be working with in the future. Regarding what I might have done better in terms of grasping the course material, I think it would have been advantageous to start interacting with the given readings and other resources early on. It's evident that case management requires a complex comprehension of a variety of ideas, and keeping up with the readings from the beginning would have helped me to fully understand these concepts. Going forward, I intend to take a proactive stance by making sure I set aside a certain amount of time every week to fully interact with the course materials and actively participate in conversations in order to increase my understanding of case management principles.
