Introduction The purpose of the study is to explore the position of the company in the context of the international event that has affected the business. It is important to consider the impact of the pandemic and subsequent Brexit. It is to include a variety of events that have been affected as a result of the organization. The study is to explore the event in the light of legal political technology and socio-cultural environment in order to identify the impact on the Vodafone business and explore the mitigation strategy along with its financial capability and changes. Recent global event The recent global event came in the form of the pandemic Brexit and subsequent uncontrollable inflation. The emergence of the pandemic has affected the entire global community making it difficult to operate in the context of the work environment ( Rodrigues, 2019). Brexit has been a major political event which has affected the organization in a negative way. Political The event of Brexit has been an important event in the political history of the United Kingdom. The country had already undergone a deep crisis as a result of the pandemic. The event of Brexit had been very disturbing to the small and medium size organization ( Altaji and Alokdeh, 2019) . The increase in tariff and taxes may affect the company profitability as it is evident in the company balance sheet. The rise of pandemic and Brexit has reduced the company profitability and growth with the rise in taxes and decline in revenue. After the event of Brexit, the country is struggling with a variety of circumstances as the government is constantly changing and the leaders of the country could hardly manage to identify potential environments. The position of the country is widely affected as a result of changing political circumstances and the fall of the Government of Theresa May, Boris Johnson and others in the United Kingdom. The United Kingdom is known to be the home of business law. The UK is considered to be the easiest and safest place for conducting business and the ease of doing business is maximum. The country has a pro-innovation regulator. The legal scenario is not a threat to the businesses if it is moving well and making a profit. The government has the potential support to businesses under the robust environment act and the government also allows the long-term target of the businesses ( Al-Shaer and Zaman, 2021). The legal environment of the organization is found to be stable and impartial. The country offers opportunities for mediation, arbitration dispute resolution and services in the context of the workplace. It has been noted that the business has been managed perfectly within the context of the workplace. The judicial independence and application of the legal International environment in the United Kingdom are found to be effective and efficient. Technological Technology has a considerable role to play in the management of research and development. It is to offer consistent effort in the context of managing the organization. Har economy offers potential opportunities for entrepreneurship. The innovation of smart devices has generated the need for better communication network and have an enhance connectivity. The technology creates the opportunity for the business. The use of connectivity has increased revenue at the time of pandemic. The technology has supported in generating further revenue in the lockdown. Every development and invention have a significant contribution to the economy of the country. The progress and development of the organization are found to be progressive in the context of the business ( Gerli and Whalley, 2022). It has been noted that there is potential progress in the development of the organization as it has affected Korea, Japan, India and America. The technological progress in the United Kingdom needs to manage a Bator and more effective outcome in the context of the workplace. Technology is an important factor that has protected the business at the time of the pandemic and it has also managed the business environment. Sociocultural The population of the United Kingdom is found to be 74 million and the current birth rate and the mortality rate are found to be stable in the country. The growing population of the country has created a significant opportunity for businesses in the context of a highly competitive business scenario. development ( Wu, 2021). The United Kingdom has grown to be the largest consumer platform and the telecom business is constantly growing with the growth in the number of users of the Internet and mobile phone. The income level of individuals is found to have been affected as a result of the unemployment rate and reasonable inflation in the context of UK citizens. The per capita income of the country is found to be higher in comparison to the other countries of the world. Strategy to minimize the risks Vodafone is a potential organization that has its business across the globe. The company is a prominent organization engaged in telecom services. The organization is more concerned with the data analysis that reveals the growing number of individuals and businesses using technology Internet and digital content (Dey et al., 2022). The strategy builder of the organization has recognised the need for equality and inclusion in the context of the workplace. It is important for the organization to manage the business in a better and more effective way. The strategy builder of the organization continues to focus more on creating endless opportunities and a remote working environment. The proper training of the employee to handle the management remotely improves its effectiveness and efficiency in the given market situation. The company is found to have introduced an effective measure for recruiting and recruiting talent across the industry ( Krolikowski and Hall, 2022). It has effectively Incorporated the Vodafone launch support package. It is important for the organization to improve the recruitment and attraction strategy for talent in a highly competitive environment. The organization needs to develop a potential digital society to manage the date of the law and improve the speed of connectivity between people, community and society. It is important to further incorporate an inclusive environment in the context of the workplace. Vodafone's business and investors ensure positive growth and development over the period of time. Financial performance in the recent time It has been noted that the impact of Covid 19 Brexit and subsequent inflation have been prominent. Covid-19 remains a good opportunity for the business but there are potential changes in the business activity. The revenue growth of the organization is noted in 2019 as it has incorporated the growth of 22964. There is a potential decline of the business as it grows in 2020 with a revenue of 18 028 ( Altaji, and Alokdeh, 2019). The company has declined to achieve good revenue in 2021 as it has fallen to 12761. 2022 is found to be a good year that has encouraged significant progress and development. It is important for the organization to maintain better management of resources but Covid 19 has affected the business in a negative way and the political event has created a significant impact on the business environment ( Gerli and Whalley, 2022). The financial performance of the organization is not effective and efficient in the context of the market environment. Strategy for implementation Implementation of the strategy could be effectively managed in a better and more effective way. The need for training and improvement is essential in the context of the organization. It is important for the organization to maintain significant effective management of resources. It is important for the organization to develop a comprehensive plan for the management of resources. The development of the planning could be done with the proper analysis of the scenario. Vodafone companies need to develop research and development programs in the organizational environment ( Wu, 2021). It is important to develop the requirement and arrangement of the resources in order to implement the strategy. Vodafone is to improve strategy building in a comprehensive and effective way to execute the policy. The stakeholder is to be consulted in order to provide proper information to the stakeholder and engage them in the strategic implementation process. organizations need to develop a proper meeting in order to achieve a positive outcome in the context of the work environment. Strategic leadership is to be developed in the context of the workplace. Vodafone requests innovative processes and procedures in the context of the global Business environment. It is important to develop and define the strategic framework that could help to implement the strategy. A comprehensive plan is to be developed in order to complete the process. The plan for financial management and transformation of demand is to be developed ( Al-Shaer and Zaman, 2021). A key performance indicator is to be developed and defined. It is important to improve the revenue and profit of the organization by 10%. It is also essential to enhance organizational capability and efficiency. Implementation of a simple and consistent strategy is to be developed in the context of the workplace.
