Topic: "The Impact of the Rising Trend of Working from Home on the Future of Business and its Effects on Business Majors" Q 1 The selected debate to be discussed is whether working from home has more advantages than disadvantages. Working from home is growing more and more popular all around the world. The COVID-19 epidemic has caused a notable increase in these arrangements in recent years. As the business environment shifts, companies may either welcome change or make decisions that might negatively impact their ability to do business in the future. Since this argument alters the industry in which I will work, it pertains to me as a student majoring in business. This will also help me adapt to the constant changes in the industry and might lead to additional opportunities for my working environment once I start working in the corporate sector. Q 2 Employers that are still unsure about providing flexible work schedules are the target audience for my argument. The COVID-19 pandemic forced businesses to adopt remote working practices. We discovered that working remotely is beneficial following an unexpected large-scale trial of people working from home throughout the epidemic. Even yet, some companies and employers continue to oppose letting their employees work from home. To get employees back in their workplaces, management is working very hard. A lot of firms are resistant to change and the difficulties that accompany it. They would want to go back in time. They are the ones who claim that since "we've always done it this way," nothing needs to change. Considering that the vast majority of corporate leaders continue to believe that the number of hours spent at the workplace directly correlates with productivity. They usually think that employees would grow
lazy if they are not constantly observed. It will be difficult to convince some companies to adopt flexible working arrangements since the corporate culture still values working in offices. Q 3 I hope this essay will help people better grasp the benefits of working remotely and how it may benefit both individuals and businesses. I intend to show in this essay that, despite its drawbacks, its benefits still outweigh them. For this essay to achieve my goal, it has to have clear, well-defined components that support my claim. Require my target audience to fully comprehend and assimilate the provided information. I hope that by publishing this post, more people will be aware of the benefits of working remotely and how it can benefit both businesses and individuals. I intend to show in this essay that, despite its drawbacks, its benefits still outweigh them. For this essay to serve my aim, it must contain informative content from reputable sources. Citing companies that provide remote work possibilities and summarizing their benefits will also allow me to give my audience a practical example to back up my claim. For my target audience to understand and absorb the information I've supplied, it has to present clear, concise key points that support my claim. Q 4 The first key topic will address the productivity of working from home. The environment at work is one factor that affects employees' productivity. Numerous studies conducted in the past few months have shown that working from home or remotely is more productive than working in an office. The benefits of a shorter commute will be covered in the second crucial point. It's essential for those who don't work from home to commute every day. Working from home can help you save this kind of time. From a temporal standpoint, the company and the
employee benefit from increased efficacy and productivity when an employee is allowed to turn commute time into output time. Finally, the greatest benefit of working from home is the ability to manage work and family responsibilities. Family issues usually have a detrimental effect on the employee, which diminishes their morale and performance. As a result, it's critical to encourage and provide opportunities for workers to attain this balance. Offering individuals the choice to work from home is one way to do this, allowing them to better balance work and personal life and increase productivity. Based on these computations and data, American workers saved around 10 billion hours of time as of mid-September. There is little doubt that the total decrease in commuting time is significantly larger.
