Module 9 Analytical Reports Marketing campaigns Executive Summary Marketing campaigns are essential in promoting a product, service or company. Global Organizational Outsourcing National has initiated three marketing campaigns, which have all run for the past month. This report aims to compare their success and recommend which to continue and which to drop after the initial period is complete. Objectives and Scope Campaign 1: Facebook Ads The Facebook ads campaign targets the age group of 25-40, an essential demographic for Global Organizational Outsourcing National as they are likely to be decision-makers in small to medium-sized businesses. The ad highlights the benefits of outsourcing non-core business operations, such as improved efficiency, cost savings, and better use of resources. The campaign is set to run for two months, and the ad will be shown to 10,000 users daily. The ad is designed to be visually appealing, with a clear call-to-action to encourage users to click through to the website or landing page. Campaign 2: LinkedIn Ads The LinkedIn ads campaign targets business owners and decision-makers likely to be active on the platform. The ad highlights the cost-saving benefits of outsourcing and the potential increase in productivity that can come from focusing on core business operations. The campaign is set to run for one month, and the ad will be shown to 5,000 users daily. The ad is designed to be professional, with a clear message that speaks directly to the target audience. The campaign aims to generate leads and increase brand awareness among decision-makers in businesses. Campaign 3: Email Marketing The email marketing campaign targets Global Organizational Outsourcing National's existing client base, an essential revenue source for the company. The email highlights the company's range of services and emphasizes the potential cost-saving benefits. The campaign will run for three months, and the email will be sent to 10,000 clients twice a month. The email is designed to be personalized and engaging, with a clear call-to-action to encourage clients to contact the company for further information or to discuss their outsourcing needs. Comparison of Success: To compare the success of each campaign, we will use the following metrics: 1. Reach - the number of people who have seen the ad/email 1
2. Click-through-rate (CTR) - the percentage of people who have clicked on the ad/email 3. Conversion rate - the percentage of people who have taken action after clicking on the ad/email, such as filling out a form or contacting the company. Results and Findings Facebook Ads: Reach: 600,000 CTR: 1.5% Conversion rate: 2% LinkedIn Ads: Reach: 150,000 CTR: 1% Conversion rate: 3% Email Marketing: Reach: 600,000 CTR: 2% Conversion rate: 5% Conclusion Based on the above metrics, the email marketing campaign has been the most successful, with a high reach, CTR, and conversion rate. Facebook ads have the highest reach, but the CTR and conversion rate are lower than the email marketing campaign. The LinkedIn ads campaign has the lowest reach, CTR, and conversion rate. By focusing on the email marketing campaign, Global Organizational Outsourcing National can generate a higher return on investment, increase its client base, and improve its brand image. Recommendations Based on the above comparison, I recommend that Global Organizational Outsourcing National continue with the email marketing campaign and drop the Facebook ads and LinkedIn ads campaigns. The email marketing campaign has proven to be the most successful in reaching clients, generating clicks, and converting those clicks into potential clients. The Facebook ads campaign has a high reach, but the CTR and conversion rate are lower than the email marketing campaign. The LinkedIn ads campaign has the lowest reach, CTR, and conversion rate, and therefore it would not be an effective use of resources to continue with this campaign. 2
