Explanation of the Importance of Data Analysis
Data is a narrative used to explain your data that supports your conclusions or recommendations. The narrative has the structure of a story, including a conflict or crisis and a resolution (Soomo, 2020).
Data is important because it is the ability to check, process, and interpret vast amounts of data and it is the core function of business operations today (CData Software. 2024).
There are different ways to tell if the new product had a successful launch. One way is to Identify trends in your data that you wouldn't be able to see any other way. Another way is to observe product launch-related information like times to finish a procedure, patient complaints, and whether any follow-up procedures occurred. Description of Findings
The cost of goods sold started declining in January. The starting cost was $23,920; in May, the price decreased to$18,460.00; it gradually decreased to $17,095 in July and remained steady. The cost of goods sold totaled $235,170. In spite of the initial decline of negative $18,920 in January, profits increased, reaching $12,905 by December. The total annual profit totaled $9,830.
This repeated growth in profits is noticeable in the business's steadiness. The product showed growth but achieving the profit target remained demanding. We used cost and revenue data to assess its performance. The percentage improved from negative three percent in January to four percent in December. The success of the company is measured by customer services surveys and
3
by how much the company is selling for each individual product between the months that is was in production. Summary of Results
This chart shows the trend for the cost of goods sold, total revenue, profit, and percent profit over
a period of January to December.

The concession stand at the Shelby High School stadium sells slices of pizza during boys' and girls' soccer games. Concession stand
sales are a primary source of revenue for the high school athletic programs, so the athletic director wants to sell as much food as
possible; however, any pizza not sold is given away free to the players, coaches, and referees or it is thrown away. Thus, the athletic
director wants to determine a reorder point that will meet the demand for pizza. Pizza sales are normally distributed with a mean of 6
pizzas per hour and a standard deviation of 3.70 pizzas. The pizzas are ordered from Pizza Beth's restaurant, and the…

Unpaid posts on social media handles is a great way to acquire new customers, because:
Algorithms for social media websites, like Facebook, prioritize posts from businesses over posts from friends
Impressions for posts on social media websites is very high, since most customers have accounts on the
websites, and log in almost everyday
Social media posts can be shared. This increases impressions, and consequently helps acquire many new
customers
None of the other statements are correct. Unpaid posts on social media handles receive very limited
impressions, and thus, are not a great way to acquire new customers.

Barbara just received the good news: She was assigned as the project manager for a project that her company won as part of competitive bidding. Whenever a request for proposal (RFP) comes into Barbara's company, a committee composed mainly of senior managers reviews the RFP. If the decision is made to bid on the job, the RFP is turned over to the Proposal Department. Part of the Proposal Department is an estimating group that is responsible for estimating all work. If the estimating group has no previous history with some of the deliverables or work packages and is unsure about the time and cost for the work, the estimating team will then ask the functional managers for assistance with estimating.
Project managers like Barbara do not often participate in the bidding process. Usually their first knowledge about a project comes after the contract is awarded to their company and they are assigned as the project manager. Some project managers are highly optimistic and trust the estimates…
