Regarding to the case study and internet resources, the feedback of customers is always the best option to develop and improve the process. Customers can contact with the company about what are they struggling and complaining any issues that is happening
Choose the inefficiency, limitation or problem you will analyse
Choose one inefficiency, limitation or problem to focus on for the remainder of this project.
Explain why you chose it.
The supply chain is really complex and difficult because of the poor of
sales strategies. The development and sales team need to maintain the genuine and honest communication with all stakeholders such as particularly customers and suppliers to ascertain industry requirements. The customers can track their products or services and
also contact straight away to the staffs if they need more enquiries. In
addition, they can keep the accuracy offeedbacks to facilitate effective planning and decision making.
The reason to choose it because it is a main strategy to fight with other competitions and also keep our potential and existing customers

Section 2: Systematic decision making
Generate and analyse alternative solutions for your inefficiency, limitation or problem
List four to six alternative solutions. Description each alternative in detail (for example, using a flow chart, words or a series of pictures). Set up a set of success criteria that can be used to evaluate the alternative solutions. Compare the alternatives with one another using at least two methods.
Use numerical data (attach to the portfolio or use the data from the case study)
Alternative solutions:
1) Create the supply chain with emergency plan
2) Using efficient warehouse management system to know when the
materials are needed to deliver as well as create a time cushion in terms of delivery to make sure everything runs smoothly.
3) Staffs and employees are trained with new technologies.
4) Improve cost controls by executing plans efficiently through constant monitoring.
5) Hiring a logistics software development company to manage risk issues effectively and also vital to the entire operation.
6) Build a strong working relationship with existing supplier to work efficiently and come up with a better final output in a short period of time.
oA set of criteria that can used to evaluate the alternative solutions is:
1. Students and Teachers responses to new product or services or various programme initiatives.
2. The software is updated and patched i.e., Microsoft can assist the
cyber security and supply chain capabilities.
3. Employers have an active role in educating employeesand invest prospective talent in continuous training andeducation.
4. Minimising the cost and increasing demand
5. Satisfying 80% of customers and meeting 75% of expectations.
6. All of products are delivered in the estimated date.
7. Deliverables achieved on time and on budget
There are two alternative solutions that make a big difference to assist the supply chain. Firstly, the improvement of supply chain, it is
different with another because it will depend on the development and updating of software that will be supported for the process of delivery effective. Secondly, the relationship of supplier will keep the
company have the detail of their existing and potential productsthat will help them to target more customers and also save their stocks.

Identify bias or perceived bias
Have you based your comparison on fact, not feeling?
Do you have any bias?
Do you think people may perceive you as being biased? I have been researched and collected the information through some reliable sources to analyse the company. Therefore, I have based my comparison on fact without any bias. People may perceive myself as being biased because everyone have different opinions and thoughts through the media and digital sources
Choose the best solution for your inefficiency, limitation or problem
Choose the best alternative.
Why did you choose it?
How does it meet the legislation and organisational policy requirements?
Are there any risks associated with your solution?
Using efficient warehouse management software is the best option because it can give exact data and reliable stocks to keep up date.It can maintain and track the products without loss or missing and also
keep the business running smoothly. In addition, it can keep the important information about clients and suppliers to build up the relationship with them. The software is just a technology because it only works the best when it keeps up date and also cost money. It can be errors if the staffs are not training probably
Communicate your solution to all the stakeholders in an appropriate format.
What form of communication suits each of your stakeholders
(e.g. telephone call, email, face
to face meeting)?
State why these are appropriate choices.
For employees and senior executives, face to face meeting will be the best option to transfer purpose and information effectively. Because everyone will have a chance to raise and compare the idea
with everyone. In the other hand, customers and suppliers will have telephone calls or emails to announce about the recent information. Then, they can send the feedback and idea when they are available.
Create the communication.
What digital tools and technology can you use to create communication documents?
Use the appropriate digital tools and technology to create at least one communication document identified in the previous step.
Does your communication say what the problem is, what alternatives you considered and why you chose your proposed solution?
We can use digital mailbox to create communication documents because it is a service to assist people better receive, track and organise their mail in the world with an internet connection.
oThe customers and suppliers can send their enquiry or feedback ofproducts or services back to the company. And then the staffs will check and track the products to keep up date to not delay the services. Both sides can track and contact each other anytime
This solution can give you the answer straight away and also the company will find the answer for you as soon as possible.
