How many cups of milk would you need to drink to meet the daily requirement for calcium? To meet the daily requirement of calcium you would need to drink a little over three cups of milk per day. ( 3 and .10 cups) 5. Sugar is not listed as one of the ingredients in this product. Explain the presence of 13g of sugar per serving.
