During this practice, I presented the lesson plan to a small group of students of her choice. I identified students' prior knowledge and needs, used formative assessments to ensure understanding, aligned learning goals and experiences, considered student needs through differentiation and adaptation, and concluded the lesson with a brief summative assessment. Pre-
lesson assessment questions were used to assess student understanding and identify areas for improvement. These questions allowed us to assess students' level of understanding and identify gaps in understanding. This allowed us to tailor classes to individual needs. While teaching the course, I used a variety of formative assessments to periodically check my understanding of the content. The test is designed to help teachers continuously monitor students' academic performance and adjust instruction accordingly. Simple quizzes, exit tickets and other interactive
activities allowed us to assess student understanding and quickly correct any misunderstandings or concerns. It was easy to see how the lesson objectives were selected by topic and direction. These objectives provided direction for the lesson and ensured that students were acquiring useful knowledge. Lesson plans are written with a specific set of learning objectives that correspond to the selected theme and standards. Pre-assessment questions were used to determine students' prior knowledge and needs to provide targeted instruction. A variety of formative assessments were used to systematically check lesson understanding. Accommodations and differentiation are proposed to meet the diverse needs of students. The lesson ended with a quick summative assessment in the form of comments in student journals.
The comprehensive exam assessed whether students achieved their goals for the day. Students' journal entries were checked to determine their level of understanding. In addition, formative classroom assessments provided teachers with information about student development and areas where more effort was needed. The assessment results showed that a significant number of students understood the topics well and achieved their learning objectives.
If you were to teach the same subject again, there would probably be some changes to the
formative assessments. First, I frequently checked students' knowledge during class, made sure they were paying attention, and resolved any misunderstandings immediately. A short quiz or exit ticket may be provided after each training section. Second, we will add more interactive and hands-on activities to encourage students to actively participate in the learning process and dynamically assess their understanding.
My mentor instructor and I discussed some aspects of the class that went well. The learning materials were well organized and relevant, and the students were clear about the learning objectives. All students were able to access and interact with the information due to successful differentiation strategies used to meet their unique needs. Using student journal responses as summative assessment, students' ability to reflect on acquired knowledge was assessed.
According to my mentor teacher, there were some points that could be reinforced in the next class. First, we were encouraged to expand collaborative learning opportunities to encourage group projects and peer participation and support. This increases student interest and promotes deeper understanding. Second, adding visuals and multimedia can improve the overall flow of a lesson and accommodate different learning styles. Finally, my mentor suggested using more specific and precise scaffolding strategies to support students who might need more help. My mentor gave me insightful advice and tips that helped me improve my teaching methods. He advised me to reflect on each lesson, find ways to improve and make changes based
on the students' needs. Collaborating with others and receiving feedback can also give you new insights and suggestions. My mentor encouraged me to continue exploring alternative teaching tactics, tools, and techniques to improve student engagement and achievement. The biggest factor in the success of the class was student participation. By actively participating in class, students were able to learn the content well and demonstrate that they understood the content. To encourage more participation in classes, it will be effective to include
interactive activities, stories and hands-on experiences. Students have the opportunity to apply

what they learn, ask questions, and make connections between material and real-world situations.
The following steps are based on lessons and assessments. Based on the results of the instruction and student assessments, the next step is to review the assessment data and identify specific strengths and weaknesses. Students who have mastered the objectives may be given extension activities or enrichment opportunities to deepen their understanding. Targeted interventions and re-education sessions can be planned for students who
need extra support. Differentiated learning needs to be further strengthened to meet the diverse needs of students. This practical experience had a huge impact on my future professional activity. This reinforced the importance of effective assessment practices that measure student learning and adjust instruction accordingly. Experience has highlighted the value of formative assessment as a
regular tool for monitoring progress and identifying areas for improvement. In addition, the comments and suggestions from my mentor and teacher provided me with valuable information that helped me grow even more as an educator. I strive to apply the lessons learned in my future teaching practice, seek continuous professional development opportunities, and improve my teaching practice through collaboration with colleagues. Writing lesson plans, conducting formative and formative assessments, coordinating learning objectives, providing differentiation and placement, and assessing student learning through summative assessments were part of this experience. After reviewing the lessons and receiving feedback from my teacher mentor, I identified my achievements and areas for development. My future professional activity will be influenced by this work, which emphasizes the values of collaboration, judgment and evaluation. This implementation will help you provide students with a successful and encouraging learning experience.
