A story has a beginning, a middle, and an end. Describe two ways you can paint the viewer as the hero in the story using the brand's product.
In creating a narrative around a brand's product, framing the viewer as the hero involves strategically portraying them in the central role of their own fitness journey. One way this can be shown would be by starting the story by portraying the viewer in their everyday life. Showing how they are facing challenges or limitations in their fitness journey. This could include scenes of struggles with motivation, a disability, or an injury. Then the middle could show them using the product and the features that the brand wants to promote. Then you could show the viewer's transformation as they do different physical activities, overcome obstacles, and achieve goals!
The story concludes with the viewer as the hero, not only achieving their fitness goals but also embodying strength and confidence. Another way that we can paint the viewer as the hero would be to start by creating a feeling of monotony or routine in their daily life. They may be wanting excitement, adventure, or a change of scenery. This would relate to the viewer if they have a desire for exploration and pushing personal boundaries. The middle could then introduce the
brand's product as the perfect companion for adventure. Then you could conclude the story with the viewer having experienced fun adventures, like hiking and rock climbing or doing yoga with new friends. The product will then be seen as an essential part of their journey. The viewer then becomes the hero as someone who embraces adventure and fun!
This storytelling approach not only showcases the product's features but also connects
emotionally with the viewer, making them feel like the protagonist of their own narrative.
