What is the difference between the Ordinary and Proper parts of the Mass?
Is this

the Ordinary remains the same in every mass, and the proper texts vary from day to day

Shifts between high

Josquin sounds more
modern because of the melodies and they layers of voices. However, I realize it is an
older piece. The 4 part choir has a much different sound than the 6 part.
