Module Two Question 1 Describe one of the beliefs and values of the Navajo as illustrated in your readings. One belief or value incorporated in this reading was that of ceremonial preformances which responded to both mental and physical ailments. Traditional sand paintings of charecters and events from Navajo myths may be drawn. Navajo spiritual healers not only provide medical services for the community but also spiritual and cultural guidance. Module Two Question 2 Describe one way in which the Navajo have incorporated their beliefs and values into the societal structure on the reservation since regaining some autonomy in the 1970's. One way the Navajo have incorporated their beliefs and values into the societal structure would be that they now teach navajo language and culture should be taught in schools. As so many families tried to resist sending their children to schools which only taught biased European history and culture. Module Two Question 3 What beliefs and values can be found in your culture? How do these beliefs and values influence your day-to-day life? Social class is an example of Cultural beliefs and values along with religious beliefs. Effecting our day to day lives by influencing what we do and who to interact with. Module Two Question 4 Adopt the social science perspective to create a list of questions about this issue. Write at least two questions each from the point of view of a psychologist, a sociologist, and an anthropologist. 1. Are teens and young adults at higher risk of mental health issues due to social media usage? 2. How many teens are suffering from increased mental health issues in 2023?

3. Has the percentage of mental health issues increased in the last 5 years? 4. Are preexisting issues of mental health worsening due to social media usage? 5. Are there certain groups of teens and young adults that are more at risk than others? 6. How would a parent recognize the signs of an onset of mental health concerns in teens?
