(ii) An interesting fact from the introduction of the chosen paper (1 mark) . Dolichomitriopsis diversiformis (Mitt.) Nog. of the Lembophyllaceae (Bryophyta) is a perennial, epiphytic and dioecious species native to eastern China, mainly distributing in Anhui, Guizhou, Sichuan and Zhejiang. (iii) The purpose (objective) of the research of the chosen paper (1 mark) . No studies have been performed to understand spore germination and protonemal development of the endemic and threatened D. diversiformis . The purpose is to test whether environmental factors, such as light and temperature, can control these developmental processes. In their study, they report in vitro culture of this species and characterize spore germination and protonemal development of D. diversiformis . In addition, they report effects of light and temperature on these two developmental processes. Exercise 3. If you wanted to cite the fact described above in Exercise 2(ii) in the introduction of a scientific report, how would you cite it? Give your example below.
