Arguments for organization right:

• The organization always gets the permission of an individual person when they gather, use or disclose their personal information. An individual person in an organization can have the all rights to access personal information.
• The organization must use the personal information only for the purposes of company needs. If the organization uses the personal information for any other purpose, they will get proper permission from their higher officers.
• The organization will assure the persons that their personal information will not share to anyone and it is protected by particular safeguards. The personal information is protected by passwords and encryption.
