An enhancement of “formatTo()” method

Program plan:

• In a file “BankAccount.java”, import necessary packages and create a class “BankAccount” that implements “Formattable” interface,
  • Declare the variable.
  • Define the constructor to create a bank account with “0” balance.
  • Define the parameterized constructor to set the specified balance.
  • Define the method “deposit()” to update the balance with the deposited amount.
  • Define the method “withdraw()” to update the balance with withdrawal amount.
  • Define the method “getBalance()” to return the current balance.
  • Define the method “formatTo()”,
    • Create an “Appendable” interface.
    • Assign the string representation of the balance adjusted for precision.
    • Check the condition,
      • Check another condition,
        • If it is true, concatenate “0” at the end of the string.
      • Otherwise, add the precision.
    • Execute loop,
      • Insert padding spaces.
    • Execute “try” statement,
      • Call the method “append()” with string as an argument.
    • Execute “catch” statement if exception occurs,
      • Call the method “printStackTrace()”.
• In a file “FormatDemo.java”, create a class “FormatDemo”,
  • Define the method “main()”,
    • Call the constructor to initialize the value “2000.35367”.
    • Call the constructor to initialize the value “66.83147”.
    • Call the constructor to initialize the value “355”.
    • Call the constructor to initialize the value “980000.20924”.
    • Print the formatted output.
    • Print the expected output.
