Concept explainers
To compose:
A plan that would help Americans increase cancer prevention.
Introduction:
Cancer is a mass of abnormal and unwanted cells that proliferate, divide, and metastasize in an uncontrollable manner. It can occur in any body part and organ. The root causes of cancer are unknown, but is said that mutation in genetic structure lead to cancer.

Explanation of Solution
American government is spending huge amount on cancer research and the ways to cure. But, one must also take under consideration the ways to prevent from cancer. There are many of cancer prevention, which are as follows:
1. Regular screening tests help in determining cancer in early stages. In early stages, cancer can be treated easily, as at this stage the cancer has not spread yet.
2. Being overweight is a risk factor for developing cancer. Cancers that can be caused due to overweight are breast cancer, colon cancer, kidney cancer, and pancreatic cancer.
3. If a person exercise and workout regularly, then risk of several cancers diminishes.
4. Eating healthy diet and variety of foods that contain different nutrients help in lowering the cancer risk factor. Eating processed and red meat helps in developing certain cancer.
5. Avoiding tobacco and alcohol helps in preventing cancer. Both tobacco and alcohol have the capability to increase risk for certain cancer types. Like, tobacco increase risk for mouth cancer, and alcohol increase risk for liver cancer.

Use the antisense strand that you create in part A as a template to create the mRNA transcript of the gene and label the 5' and 3' ends. C. Translate the mRNA you produced in part B into the polypeptide sequence making sure to follow all the rules of translation. 5'-AGCATGACTAATAGTTGTTGAGCTGTC-3' (sense strand) 4arrow_forward
