Introduction:

DNA(deoxyribonucleic acid) libraryis the collection of DNA sequences, which have been cloned into vectors so that they can be used by the researchers to identify and isolate the stretch of desired sequences for further use. By ligating with a suitable vector, these DNA sequences can be stored as a recombinant molecule. The DNA library contains the entire genome of an organism. There are two types of DNA libraries, namely the cDNA (complementary DNA) library, anda genomic library. For the creation of the DNAlibrary, mostly the DNA cloning is done in E. coli(Escherichia coli), a plasmid vector, and bacteriophage.
