To determine:

Whether the unaffected brother is guaranteed continued good health without the development of mitochondrial myopathy.

Introduction:

Mr. RB, a baseball player was started suffering from disabling muscle injuries and fatigue. The illness was found to be a disorder called mitochondrial myopathy. Mr. RB and his brother are identical twins. Both the twins were healthy until 14, after which Mr. RB began to suffer from loss of visual acuity and muscularity. In society, an array of similar types of disorder also found and it affects thousands of children and adults.
