For each of the following joint movements, state what bone the axis of rotation passes through and which of the three anatomical planes contains the axis of rotation. You might find it helpful to produce some of these actions on an articulated laboratory skeleton so you can more easily visualize the axis of rotation. (a) Plantar flexion; (b) flexion of the hip; (c) abduction of the thigh; (d) flexion of the knee; (e) flexion of the first interphalangeal joint of the index finger. (Do not bend the fingers of a wired laboratory skeletal hand, because they can break off.)

- Explain in a small summary how: What genetic information can be obtained from a Punnet square? What genetic information cannot be determined from a Punnet square? Why might a Punnet Square be beneficial to understanding genetics/inheritance?arrow_forwardIn a small summary write down:arrow_forwardNot part of a graded assignment, from a past midtermarrow_forward
