Introduction:

Down syndrome is a genetic defect that is associated with increase number of chromosome results in disability of an individual, characteristic with a facial expressions and weak muscle in child. All affected individuals experience delay cognitive growth, but the level of intellectual disability is generally moderate. Typically, cell contains 23 pairs of chromosomes in their nucleus, which are inherited from parents in half numbers. Down syndrome occurs when an individual has received a full or partial extra copy of chromosome 21(trisomy).
